AI Site Stats ("we") is a free AI-crawler visibility service operated by viizable. This policy explains what we collect and why. We keep it minimal on purpose.

What we collect

• Your account — the email address you sign up with and a securely hashed password. Nothing else is required.
• AI-crawler visits — when the tracker snippet you install detects an AI bot on one of your pages, it records that bot's name/user-agent, IP, the page path, and the time. This is data about the crawlers, not about your human visitors.

What we do NOT collect

We do not track your regular human visitors, we do not use advertising trackers, and we do not run analytics on your visitors' behavior. The snippet fires only for recognized AI user-agents.

Cookies

One session cookie, used solely to keep you logged in. No third-party or advertising cookies.

How we use it

To generate your report and operate your account. We do not sell your data or share it, except where required by law.

Retention & deletion

Data is kept while your account is active. Email service@viizable.com to export or delete your account and its data.
